Webmaster

Job Title: Webmaster

Position Reports To: Co-Director Team

Stipend: All positions have a yearly $500 stipend, to be paid in quarterly installments of $125 (March, June, September, December).

Job Purpose: Webmaster is responsible for the maintenance of the Camp Ten Trees website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the CTT website in a timely fashion on an as needed basis.
  • Assist with ideas for hosting of the website.
  • Monitor Camp Ten Trees website visibility.
  • Work to make the Camp Ten Trees website an interactive, user-friendly, and attractive space.
  • Overhaul website as information becomes obsolete.

Preferred Traits and Skills
Camp Ten Trees is looking for someone who can be proactive towards updating and changing the camp website. Experience in web design required. Be motivated, creative, and imaginative with an eye towards detail.

All Year-Round Staff Should Meet The Following Requirements:

  • Sensitivity to the LGBT Community.
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented; should possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet firm deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced Team environment.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Attend one required meeting per month and be available for additional meetings as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (minimum of 15 hours per month), as needed by changing needs. (Most jobs can be worked around any general work schedule - days, evenings, weekends, etc.)
  • Follow all policies and procedures for year round volunteers.
  • Ability to pass a WA State background check.
